[He'll have to do something. He's not sure where else he can go. His bike offers no shelter so getting a room here has to be better than nothing at all, right? Yep, he's going to use logic.]

That depends on the size of the room and if you plan to split rent with a roomate. We have rooms ranging from one bedroom to six bedrooms. And each room has it's own kitchen, bathroom and common area. Allen can go over the prices with you later since he's the landlord. I'm just his assistant.
