The Sudden!Family Event!

What's this? Those two are sisters? But they don't look anything like each other! And wait--since when were those guys over there father and son?

As usual, the complex is playing pranks on it's inhabitants. This time though, it's going a step further and messing with people's memories! How so? Seems it's decided to make everyone play house. Suddenly characters will find themselves with new relatives--or at least they'll think their related. Age might not even be a factor, if you wanna go extra crazy with this.

Brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins... even spouses and children! Suddenly your character is a part of a big happy family~ Characters affected will believe this is how it's ALWAYS been. Of course, maybe your character isn't affected. In which case they probably think the whole place has gone nuts--which it has, really.

Comment with characters you want involved. If you want, give preferences. What relatives you want or if you just want your character to be an unaffected bystander. For bonus insanity, you can even have one character be convinced their related while their new 'relative' has no idea what their talking about.

[Heyyyyyy new nephew. Screwed up family situations are what Hizumi's all about. It's rough trying to keep track of 100+ three-cycle generations of killer new!human nephews and nieces. But Hizumi's made the (disgustingly minimal) required effort to memorize each one, even if most of them don't know he exists.

He actually manages to lean on his spine!broke granny-walker long enough to give you a cuff on the horn. Lightly, though. Affectionately. The fact you have horns has never really struck him as odd. He doesn't even pause to think about it. Tavros Nitram is one of the blade children. It's in his mind as naturally as complicated genetics and the side effects on the new drugs he's trying out in his freshest attempts to neutralize whatever weird thing he hasn't told you much about. That...disease or something. Called cloning.]

[But he's smiling about it. You wouldn't hurt a fly, he knows that. Which is pretty unusual for one of the blade children. But little things seem to make you happy. Like when he changes his font color to mint green when you chat on the computer. Little things, anyway. And things he can do, at that.

Come on now. Since his little jump he always thought you two kind of liked eachother--if not "best" then at least well enough. Even if it's kind of weird for all the blade children figuring out Hizumi even exists, and exactly what happened. He know's he's kind of the cautionary tale there, and you're not a patch on Ayumu, but you're still a person who isn't Kirie or Kiyotaka.

He'd figured rehab-buddies had it closer. Albeit, he's improving rapidly, with the incredible "luck" of one chose by fate, and you seem to be coming in each week and not having much luck at all...

In fact, that he's on a walker now, instead of both of you being stuck in chairs seems somehow almost obscene. Definitely unfair at least. When you started out the guy was in casts with a chair that operated with a thumb. Now...
Well.

Look at that. He's even wrapped some bumper sticker around the front end, and attached a bicycle horn. Typical Hizumi. The sticker even reads "I brake for animals", not that any animals are allowed at all in the hospital he's been living in for six months.

At least...he never seems not to be in or near the hospital. So it seems like he lives there. Which means he probably has something horrible, though he tells you (extremely cheerfully) that it's not contagious.]

I've been saving up rare cards for you.
I got a really great bunch just last week.

[Playing fiduspawn in the hospital room seems to be something you've always done, too. He somehow just knows he has a shiny new charizard somewhere, and that it's for you.
Having Hizumi pick out card packs always seems to yield the two of you a truly distressing amount of rare stuff, for that matter. As far as Hizumi "remembers".]

He has a hug that could dislocate shoulders, even as he bumps your horns briefly together in a twinging affectionate butt. It only takes one fast, wind-knocking moment before he shifts and nuzzles his face by the side of your neck, mumbling in contented sing-song stoner gravel into your ear.]

[He gets one good look at you, and you swear his eyes change color, flushing mad red. His mouth creeps into a wide smile that's mostly bared teeth and ferocity, before he picks up his deuce clubs, and approaches slowly, with excited breath-honking.

Yours will be a rivalry which will make the seas run with blood. Just the thought of having you punch him in the face is enough to get his heart really really moving. He's going to stalk every nightmare of yours and escalate it into pure, exquisite terror.

He feels so lucky, on one level, to have a kismesis like you. Hotblooded, pink-skinned. Delicate, but oh so ferocious...

It just makes his cold blood heat fast to think about you. He raises one of his clubs in the slow, exquisite formality of the first murder attempt. It feels just so good to embed that thing into the wall behind you. So gratifying to miss, and expose the momentary weakness he hopes you'll take advantage of.]

How she got a flightly, happy-go-lucky 'brother' like Lavi is a mystery. But Larxene will find her big brother almost skipping over to her. He's wearing a wide grin as he wraps an arm around her shoulder.

"Hey there, lil' sis~ How ya been?" He's all grins. Not a good sign. This usually means he's planning something--like a surprise party.

[You're his first girl, really. Before this--though homosexuality isn't at all a "thing" for trolls, he only really felt he could have nice, understanding relationships with other guy trolls. But this kind of hate? It's pure, and beautiful. It feels great.]
