When you wake up today, everything's different. It seems like you're no longer in the complex but in reality, the entire complex has changed. Instead of being a bunch of apartments, now it's turned into a creepy, giant castle-like haunted mansion. The floor boards creek when you walk on them and you could swear someone is behind you, following you. You even hear occasional creeks that you didn't make. An eerie fog has settled over the area, adding to the disturbing feeling.

Through the walls, ceilings, and floors wandering spirits appear to moan and groan. They might be people you used to know and died or just random ghosts. Either way, be careful not to get spotted by them or you'll be haunted all day and night. Zombies are wandering through the halls, some moving ridiculously fast and others dragging their legs slowly. Don't get too close, though. They are actually effected by a virus and you might get infected for a while if you're bitten. Be careful opening the closets too. Seems that vampire bats have taken roost in there and their masters aren't too far away either. Don't mind the howling outside either. That's just the wolves and werewolves making themselves at home.

And of course, that says nothing of the many pranksters roaming the halls, intent on making the most of this holiday. Halloween has indeed arrived and it seems the whole complex has been invited to join in the celebration with most peculiar guests. Vampires, werewolves, zombies and ghosts--oh my! This Halloween is sure to be frightfully interesting. The banshee in the attic that screams at odd intervals isn't helping the situation either. Eerie music waifs through the air but there are other songs playing as well. Who knew there was an actual zombie song? And those statues… You could swear they were moving when you weren't look--ahhh!

[ooc: Bitten, scratched, or phased through most of the effects should end with Halloween night. If the mun desires, though, of course the effects can last longer. Also, if already effected it's possible to reverse said effects for one night as well.]

Allen follows him, still trying to calm his shaking hands. He doesn't even stop to question whether he might be being led into a trap. "This, this isn't a dr-dream is it?" He asks finally, looking at Xemnas. He looks less solid in his dreams but he seems real enough.

Even now he doesn't look too solid. He's even pretty see-through. He is a spirit at the moment afterall.

"No. It is not. It seems my soul has returned to the waking world for some reason. I can't say I know for what purose or how."

Allen is less weirded out at the thought of Xemnas being a ghost than he thought he would be. Perhaps because he'd already met him a couple times in his dreams?

"Oh… I thought things were finally getting better for you."

"It's nothing to concern yourself with. I'm fine. I'm more concerned with your problems. You seemed upset. Are you alright now?"

He pours on the false concern, playing as if Allen's problems really concern him.

"I'm better." He gives him a weak smile. "Running into him was hard. He wanted to talk and apologize but I ended up just running away." He looks down, partially ashamed at his own weakness. "Just like you said, I wasn't able to forgive him." He admits softly.

"Do not be so hard on yourself. You were hurt and have every reason to be upset over the incident. Surely, he will see this and understand. He was always a reasonable boy." He carefully avoids using Zexion's name as he sooths Allen with his words.

"I just… I don't think Demyx understands." Allen confesses. It's been building up inside him. "I, I feel like he took Zexion's side." He winces when he says the name but the words keep tumbling out. "I mean, I know he didn't mean to but when I was asking Tyki for help but it really felt like that. How, how could he?"

He tears up but quickly wipes them away. "I, I just want him to understand… I'm, I'm not as nice as he thinks! I, I can't… I can't forgive Zexion. I can't just forget what happened! I'm not so nice!"

He takes a moment to calm down. "I'm, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have freaked out on you. I just, I've been having a harder time dealing with it than I thought I would… I thought I'd be able to get over it easily…"

"It's fine. You can always talk to me when things are bothering you." Xemnas reasures him. "Get it all out. It may help you feel better."

And with all those negative emotions sparking, Xemnas can feel the darkness inside Allen growing.

Allen nods and gulps. It's been buried deep but the feelings are finally getting the better of him. "I can, I can still feel him on me, you know? I can feel his m-mouth on my neck… It all feels so real and I can't, can't forget. The nightmares are getting worse but Demyx hasn't noticed yet. A part of me is glad, I don't want to worry him, but another part wants to demand how he could have not noticed. It feels like I'm about to go to pieces!"

He stops and clutches his chest. He shouldn't get so upset. He should try to be understanding. He should try to be forgiving. It's hard, though. He doesn't want to always be forgiving. He's not like Mana, his baby brother.
