THE HAUNTED HOUSE EVENT
When you wake up today, everything's different. It seems like you're no longer in the complex but in reality, the entire complex has changed. Instead of being a bunch of apartments, now it's turned into a creepy, giant castle-like haunted mansion. The floor boards creek when you walk on them and you could swear someone is behind you, following you. You even hear occasional creeks that you didn't make. An eerie fog has settled over the area, adding to the disturbing feeling.
Through the walls, ceilings, and floors wandering spirits appear to moan and groan. They might be people you used to know and died or just random ghosts. Either way, be careful not to get spotted by them or you'll be haunted all day and night. Zombies are wandering through the halls, some moving ridiculously fast and others dragging their legs slowly. Don't get too close, though. They are actually effected by a virus and you might get infected for a while if you're bitten. Be careful opening the closets too. Seems that vampire bats have taken roost in there and their masters aren't too far away either. Don't mind the howling outside either. That's just the wolves and werewolves making themselves at home.
And of course, that says nothing of the many pranksters roaming the halls, intent on making the most of this holiday. Halloween has indeed arrived and it seems the whole complex has been invited to join in the celebration with most peculiar guests. Vampires, werewolves, zombies and ghosts--oh my! This Halloween is sure to be frightfully interesting. The banshee in the attic that screams at odd intervals isn't helping the situation either. Eerie music waifs through the air but there are other songs playing as well. Who knew there was an actual zombie song? And those statues… You could swear they were moving when you weren't look--ahhh!
[ooc: Bitten, scratched, or phased through most of the effects should end with Halloween night. If the mun desires, though, of course the effects can last longer. Also, if already effected it's possible to reverse said effects for one night as well.]

"Don't remember you dying ol' chap. But then, my memory's a bit fuzz on a couple things." He chose his words carefully. "Are the others gone as well? Xigbar? Xaldin?" Xemnas will probably notice the way he says Xaldin, almost in a concerned tone despite his bland expression. But then, Luxord had always been good at playing it close to the vest.

"Xigbar and Saix are dead." He replies. "Zexion is dying. I'm not certain about the others, unfortunatly. Xaldin among others dissapeared some time before my death."

He raises an eyebrow when he hears about Zexion, though. "The lad? He looked fine when I saw him last. But that was only one of the them so I dunno about the other one." His expression goes from bland to mild concern when he hears about Xaldin. "He's missing? You sure, Xemnas? That's not like him, to disappear. Who else is missing?" There's still a chance he's alive. That he's safe.

"We can't always trust only what our eyes see." He replies simply. He has no proof Zexion is dying, only his own suspicions. He's noticed how tired he's getting--how defeated he's becoming. It's only a matter of time.
"Axel and Roxas both left. As well as Demyx, Lexaeus and Vexen. The Organization was crumbling around us even before some of our own turned on us."
Yes, Luxord would know this. Perhaps this isn't the Luxord he knows, but one from another world...

Whoa, whoa. Back up here a sec. When did it become 'our' it's not 'our' he's not apart of the Organization. He blinks at Xemnas a couple times as his brow furrows. Is this one of those 'different worlds' things?
"S'cuse me, Xemnas but don't you think you're forgetting something? I mean, I'm honored you think so and all but I never joined your Organization. So, it's more yours than mine." He scratches his cheek, trying not to be disrespectful. This man could take his new name away after all.
no subject
"Then I am correct in my thought that perhaps you are not the Luxord I know."
Which means there's no logical reason to bring any unnecesary harm to him--for now.

Luxord sighs and rubs the back of his neck. Well, he doesn't have to be so cautious and respectful if this isn't his Xemnas. Still, he doesn't want to piss the man off so he'll continue playing nice. "Probably not." He agrees.
"Man, this is like the time with Dilan. Ah, right, he's in this place too." He glances slyly at the former Superior. "Dilan is human, just so you know. He'd be of no use to someone like you. Then again, if my persuasion skills are lacking, I could always offer a trade." He's protective of Dilan. He doesn't want him to get wrapped up in the drama of the Organization and he's willing to make a deal with Xemnas to make sure it stays that way.

"I'm dissapointed, Luxord. That you would think so little of me as to believe I may have reason to harm anyone."

Lies, lies, lies. They tore him down once before and yet he continues to use them.

Luxord doesn't know about Xemnas's lies. He doesn't like the man but he does trust his words to a certain extent. He sees no reason for him to lie to him. It's not like Luxord cares what he does as long as it doesn't involve Xaldin or Dilan.
